Six tips to manage your mental health :
1.Proper schedule and engage yourself :
Remember those days, when we all used to work according to our well professional schedule. From waking up to sleepy nights , everything was managed. Why can’t we have this now ? Ofcourse, we can have. We can reschedule things, manage time and can do different tasks such as productive learning and entertaining ourselves by various sources. This step is help us to have a busy life and distract us from our other tensions.
2. Exercise and meditation :
We all know, Exercise and yoga not only maintain our physical health but mental health too. And meditation is one of the major way to rest our running thoughts, relief us mentally and helps us to take better decisions.
3. Watch news in limit :
It is necessary to be aware about the conditions but too much information leads to place a home in our mind and starts affecting us. So, set the limit to watch or read news daily. This is my personal advice because I often do this.
4. Don’t be socially isolated :
Isolation means to be in physical distance but what about the social life. Try to talk to your friends, family members, cousins or your loved ones through chats, call or video call , the best way to not fight with your thoughts alone. Ask for help. Seriously, sharing talks make every problem half. And when you don’t have anyone to speak up with, then write your thoughts. ‘Never make loneliness your best friend'.
5. Keep yourself around positive vibes :
Try to keep yourself around positive vibes. If you’re not getting happy vibes through people then create your own vibes which makes you strong such as listen motivational speakers, watch inspirational videos, watch comedy movies or series and read good stuffs. Try to avoid the negativity.
6. Seek for health professional :
Seeking for therapy which helps to maintain your mental health is not a wrong thing. We can actually get a lot help from them. If you’re facing problem in managing your mental health then consulting health providers is a good idea.
Mental health is a major problem we can’t ignore but Yeah! We can fight it with too. If you’re facing any kind of problem you’ll find a way. You’re not late, take a positive step for yourself now and if you find any of your loved ones going through this then take an important step for them and make this pandemic easier to live.
