When I was fighting not with others but only with my sorrows of being a stomach infection patient at bed rest for 4-5 days. That time realised me the value of good health. Those dark days when I wasn't able to do things by myself made me helpless and realised me that I could take good care of my health.  Not only the physical but mental too  Good health matters even the social too. A health says well-being of your physical, mental and social health is important. You are healthy if you are in a good state of these three. Your health can make you or can break you.
